INGREDIENTS
- 3 onions
- 2 frying chickens
- Pepper, salt & flour
- Barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Put flour, salt and pepper in bowl; add cut up chicken, mixing well.
- Slice onions in bottom of roasting pan. Lay chicken pieces on top.
- Sprinkle barbecue sauce over top. Bake in slow oven 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
