INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. long grain instant rice
- Dash pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Mix soup, water, rice, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in baking dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts on top of mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
YIELD: Four servings.
