INGREDIENTS
- 30 lb. ground beef & pork
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/3 c. black pepper
- 1/4 c. paprika
- 4-1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 1 head fresh garlic
- 3 tsp. cayenne
- 1 or 2 qt. cold water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and put in casing. Smoke for 3 or 4 hours.
