INGREDIENTS
- 3 c. grated potatoes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- Bacon, cut in small pieces
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first 3 ingredients well; roll in your hand to make a small long (instead of round) dumpling. Drop in boiling salted water and cook 20 minutes.
- Fry with bacon, cut in small pieces.
Note: The grated potatoes have to be drained through a cloth to remove most of the moisture.
