INGREDIENTS

  • 3 c. grated potatoes
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Bacon, cut in small pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients well; roll in your hand to make a small long (instead of round) dumpling. Drop in boiling salted water and cook 20 minutes.
  2. Fry with bacon, cut in small pieces.

Note: The grated potatoes have to be drained through a cloth to remove most of the moisture.
