INGREDIENTS
- 9 lge. potatoes
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- Pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp. margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Cook potatoes and mash well.
- Soften cheese, then add to potatoes along with sour cream, salts and pepper.
- Place in casserole and dot with margarine.
- Bake, covered, in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes.
