INGREDIENTS
- 1 turkey
- Salt & pepper
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. milk
DIRECTIONS
- Cut up turkey into small pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave in refrigerator overnight.
- In morning, drain well.
- Beat eggs, milk and buttermilk; pour over turkey and leave for at least 1 hour.
- Dip in breadcrumbs to which you add 2 tablespoons flour, then fry in oil and brown.
- Place in large roaster and add a bit of water.
- Cook in 350 degree F. oven. Watch it doesn't cook dry.
Delicious hot or cold.
