INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 c. saskatoons
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. milk
DIRECTIONS
- Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg. Alternately add other dry ingredients and milk. Stir in frozen (or fresh) saskatoons.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
YIELD: One and a half dozen muffins.
