INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 c. saskatoons
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg. Alternately add other dry ingredients and milk. Stir in frozen (or fresh) saskatoons.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

YIELD: One and a half dozen muffins.
