INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or 50/50
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Mix liquid ingredients together well.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Add liquid mixture to dry mix. Form into small balls and place on non-stick cookie sheet.
- Press lightly with table fork.
- Bake in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
YIELD: Approximately four dozen cookies.
