INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together flour and margarine. Add egg yolk and sour cream; mix well. Shape into 4 balls. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Divide into 4 parts.
- Roll each ball of dough in sugar mixture like pie crust. Make sure you use all the sugar mixture.
- Cut each circle of dough into 12 pie shaped wedges. Roll from wide to narrow end.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
YIELD: Forty-eight pieces.
