INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 c. raw rice
- 1-3 lb. chicken (raw), cut up
- 2-1/2 c. hot water
- 5 tsp. Chicken-In-A-Mug
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced, with liquid
DIRECTIONS
- Spread cut up raw chicken in large casserole dish. Pour rice over chicken.
- Mix remaining ingredients together well and pour over chicken and rice.
- Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees F. Take lid off to brown for the last 1/2 hour.
