INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1-3 lb. chicken (raw), cut up
  • 2-1/2 c. hot water
  • 5 tsp. Chicken-In-A-Mug
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced, with liquid

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread cut up raw chicken in large casserole dish. Pour rice over chicken.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together well and pour over chicken and rice.
  3. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees F. Take lid off to brown for the last 1/2 hour.
