INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lb. rhubarb
  • 3-1/2 lb. sugar
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil until thick (not juicy). Seal.

Keeps well for many months. Serve with cold meats.
