INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. raspberry jam
DIRECTIONS
- Measure flour, soda and sugar into bowl; stir thoroughly. Cut in butter.
- Beat egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Spread with jam while hot.
