INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil (butter or margarine)
- 6 c. lukewarm water
- 15 - 20 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a cup; let rise 10 minutes.
- Mix with remaining ingredients. Add flour, a few cups at a time. Mix together to form a soft dough.
- Let rise for 1 hour, punch down then let rise for another hour.
- Put in pans and let rise until light.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
