INGREDIENTS

  • Pork (head meat, tongue, heart)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook all meats until very tender. Save liquid.
  2. Remove meat from bones and grind.
  3. To each cup of meat, add 1/2 cup cooked rice.
  4. To each pound of meat and rice, add above spices and mix well. If too dry, add some of the lreserved liquid until fairly moist.
  5. May be put into casings or bagged and frozen.
