INGREDIENTS
- Pork (head meat, tongue, heart)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Sugar, to taste
- Rice
DIRECTIONS
- Cook all meats until very tender. Save liquid.
- Remove meat from bones and grind.
- To each cup of meat, add 1/2 cup cooked rice.
- To each pound of meat and rice, add above spices and mix well. If too dry, add some of the lreserved liquid until fairly moist.
- May be put into casings or bagged and frozen.
