INGREDIENTS
- 15 lasagna noodles
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped onions
DIRECTIONS
- Cook noodles; line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with noodles.
- In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg and onion salt. Spoon over noodles and spread. Cover with layer of noodles.
- Melt butter, then add onions and sauté until clear. Pour over noodles. Cover.
- Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree F. oven.
- Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
