INGREDIENTS
- 10 - 12 med. sized potatoes
- 2 med. onions
- Water
- 1 tsp. summer savory
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Peel, wash and cube potatoes.
- Add chopped onions and savory. Add just enough water to almost cover potatoes. Salt to taste.
- Boil until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat.
- Let cool a few minutes, then add cream and buttermilk. Return to medium-low heat.
- Slightly thicken with flour and water mixture.
