INGREDIENTS
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 sm. can oranges
- 3 apples, diced with peel on
Sauce:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar (scant)
- 1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients for sauce and add juice from drained fruit.
- Place in saucepan and bring to a boil to thicken.
- Cool well, then add fruit. Keeps well!
