INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 sm. can oranges
  • 3 apples, diced with peel on

Sauce:

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar (scant)
  • 1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix ingredients for sauce and add juice from drained fruit.
  2. Place in saucepan and bring to a boil to thicken.
  3. Cool well, then add fruit. Keeps well!
