INGREDIENTS
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. margarine
Sauce
- 3 tbsp. soya sauce
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Cut wings in half; cut off tips. Dip in beaten egg, then in flour.
- Brown in margarine, then put into shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Spoon sauce over wings while cooking.
