INGREDIENTS
- 1 canner of pork meat & rinds
- 1 lb. pot barley
- 2 lb. rice
- 1 lb. buckwheat
- 2 lge. onions
- Salt, pepper & allspice
DIRECTIONS
- Cook meat and rinds, cool slightly.
- Grind meat and rinds.
- Cook separately, rice, barley and buckwheat.
- Grind barley and onions.
- Mix all together, then add spices to taste.
- Put into casings or freeze in portions as is. Sausage is good fried or baked.
