INGREDIENTS

  • 1 canner of pork meat & rinds
  • 1 lb. pot barley
  • 2 lb. rice
  • 1 lb. buckwheat
  • 2 lge. onions
  • Salt, pepper & allspice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook meat and rinds, cool slightly.
  2. Grind meat and rinds.
  3. Cook separately, rice, barley and buckwheat.
  4. Grind barley and onions.
  5. Mix all together, then add spices to taste.
  6. Put into casings or freeze in portions as is. Sausage is good fried or baked.
