INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 lb. round steak, thinly cut & pounded
- Bacon strips
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Season steak with salt and pepper, then cut into approximately 3x5 inch strips.
- Place 1/2 strip of bacon and onion on steak. Roll up and fasten with toothpick.
- Brown in skillet.
- Place in large casserole dish. Cover with water and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
- Thicken liquid for gravy.
