INGREDIENTS
- 1 lge. can fruit cocktail
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice (do not dilute)
DIRECTIONS
- Drain all fruit well. Put all fruit into large bowl.
- Mix pudding, milk, sour cream and frozen orange juice together. Beat until well blended. Pour this mixture over fruit and refrigerate.
YIELD: Ten to twelve servings.
