INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lge. can fruit cocktail
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice (do not dilute)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain all fruit well. Put all fruit into large bowl.
  2. Mix pudding, milk, sour cream and frozen orange juice together. Beat until well blended. Pour this mixture over fruit and refrigerate.

YIELD: Ten to twelve servings.
