INGREDIENTS
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 - 6-1/2 oz. cans ham flakes
- 2 tsp. dried chives
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mash ham and cheese together until blended.
- Add chivesice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape into ball, chilling first if necessary. If too soft, shape into mound on a plate.
- Roll in parsley. Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
YEILD: Two and a half cups (575 mL).
