INGREDIENTS
- 1 graham wafer pie crust
Filling:
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. liquid Sucaryl
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Press graham wafer pie crust into pie plate; bake 6 to 8 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sweetener, egg and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Pour on top of crust.
Topping:
- 2 c. sliced apples2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. liquid Sucaryl
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. slivered almonds
Toss together apples, strawberries, lemon juice, Sucaryl and cinnamon. Arrange fruit over cheese layer. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake in 350 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender and the custard has set. Cool.
